Packaging and Delivery

DELIVERY: Domestic orders are delivered within 6-7 business days after processing. International orders are delivered between 15-20 business days (taking into account customs and delivery time). EXCHANGE: We are happy to assist you with your exchanges in case you are not satisfied with your purchase. Exchanges are applicable within a 30 day period from the time you receive your order. We offer a credit note valid for 90 days from the date of issue. As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold. You can return your product through: 1. Home Collection You can request a home pick-up for your returns and exchanges. Write to us at care@sampadaindia.com or call/WhatsApp on +91 9818806535 or +91 9911768883. A return shipping fee of Rs 150 will be deducted from all orders to arrange for your pickups. 2. Store Drop You can return and exchange your items free of charge at any Sampada store. Kindly inform us at care@sampadaindia.com to process your exchanges at the store. Kindly note, shipping charges are not adjusted against issuing of credit notes. We will not be able to process any store bought merchandise or online merchandise at any of our pop-up exhibitions/shows.

Gift Card Policy

 

  • Gift cards are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are valid for one year from the date of issue.
  • Gift cards bought online will be sent via email. A physical copy will not be sent separately.
  • Gift cards bought online can be redeemed on the website only.
  • Gift cards once issued will not be canceled or refunded
  • Gift cards will be immediately activated at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards cannot be used to buy additional gift cards and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit note
  • No duplicate gift card will be issued, if lost or it becomes unusable for any reason
  • Gift Cards cannot be used during the sale
  • Gift cards can be redeemed in multiple transactions.
    • Purchases are deducted from the redeemer's Gift Card balance. Any unused Gift Card balance will remain associated with the redeemer’s balance account and applied to purchases, in order of earliest expiration date. 
    •  In case of order value exceeding the gift card amount, the outstanding balance must be paid by Credit card/ Debit card/ Net Banking/ Paytm/ Bank deposit /Pay Pal (for International transactions)
  • The company shall not be responsible for any gift card being redeemed without owner’s permission
  • Gifts card policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
