Returns & Exchanges for Online Purchases
Sampada products are made with utmost care and we ensure high quality standards. As a policy, we do not offer any returns on products which are delivered in perfect condition. If you find that you’ve made an error with size of your clothing then we will be happy to exchange your product for a replacement.

Please note: All sales are final and products are eligible only for exchanges in size.
- Discounted products are not applicable for any exchange/return. All sales are final.
- Sampada products are hand block/ screen printed and made with utmost care by our craftsmen in rural areas. However, being a handicraft sector product, minor printing variation/ irregularities may be noticed on the fabric. These instances should not be treated as a defect in the product.
- Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colours, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate. In the event of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- To exchange a product, our Customer Care Team should be contacted within 14 days of receiving delivery at +91 9818806535 or firstname.lastname@example.org with the intent of exchange. Please mention the order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your exchange request.
- In order for us to approve any exchanges, please ensure that the merchandize is unused, unworn and undamaged with tags intact.
- Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

Note: Customers cannot return or exchange an item which has been purchased online, at any of our retail stores, and similarly retail store purchases cannot be returned through our Online Store.
It will take about 10-12 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Genuine quality issues.
- Packages lost in transit
- In case a wrong item has been sent to you.
- Incorrect delivery address.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
- Product returned is damaged due to use or misuse.
- Product returned has a defect but has been used.
- The products returned have no tags and invoice attached to them.
Note: Refunds are granted only after receiving the returned shipment.
- Once you confirm payment of your order, your order cannot be changed or cancelled.
